Oct 29, 2006 on tap-pours an off white head with cloudy orange/brown color. Aroma is fruity-peach. Taste is fruity, hoppy. Good carbonation.

Oct 11, 2004 (Great American Beer Festival 2004) Very light in color. Very dry. Loads of hops in this baby. 55ibus. One of my personal favorites from the festival.

Oct 3, 2003 (draught) Dark orange-amber; fluffy white head. Nose is peach - as in Belgian buns' spread, yeah. Just a back hint of acids. Dull peach flavour, agressed by hops. The twain won't mix. Rather well-bodied, sticky sugar mouthfeel, entirely consistent with the nose and retronasal impressions. 'We are not impressed'.
