COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paljas blond is an unfiltered blond beer of 6%, with refermentation in the bottle. The use of some caramel malts gives a little sweet aroma and taste. The 4 different hops (Magnum, Styrian Goldings, Saaz and Kent) are giving a fresh aroma and a lot of taste.

Feines und klassisches Balgian Ale mit einer schönen Hopfung, leichter Süße, ordentlich Hefe und einem Hauch von Vanille und einer milden Fruchtigkeit. Gute Sache.

330ml bottle. Pale golden color. Small size, thin white head, stays. Sweet, malty, bit metallic, touch of yeast and some apples in aroma. Sweet, apple jam, malty, white caramel in taste. Wooly and some perfumey candles in aftertaste. Something artificial about this beer. Starts nicely and then suddenly it’s all gone. Weird brew.

Bottle at home. Aroma is sweet malt, spicy yeast, bready notes, fruity, some hoppy notes. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. A bit too much malty sweetness for my taste.

Bottle (at Kivi Paber Käärid). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays. Aroma is grains, sweetness, malt, some fruits. Flavor follows the nose. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: drinkable, but has the grainy-lagerish notes which I don’t enjoy.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 04/02/2017, at Birger, 20160206) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, grass and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, floralness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A nice blond.

Hazy golden beer, big fluffy white head. Nose is malts, fruity notes, caramel sweetness, some metallic yeast and hay. Flavor is fruity, caramel, hops, mild sweetness. Softly hoppy finish with pineapples. Simple, fairly balanced and pretty quaffable.

Pours golden color, slightly haze, with foamy white head. Visually high carbonation. Aroma: prevail note of caramel malts and hops, which takes on tangerine, oranges, with some spicy, herbal undertones. Flavor is similar: intense caramel note of malt, supported with hop flavors, which takes on spices and fruits, mentioned above. Body is medium, carbonation is high, texture is soft.
