Traditioneel Belgisch bruin bier van hoge gisting met hergisting op fles. Een droger vlot drinkend speciaal bier gemaakt met donkere mouten en 4 hoppen die zorgen voor een rijke smaak. Bevat gerstemout.

330ml bottle. Very dark brown color. Small size, beige head, stays. Woody, faint prunes, bit of chalk, farty, grains in aroma. Woody, sweet, berries in taste. Sweet and twiggy in aftertaste. Fizzy carbonation. Spicy hops too. Drinkable brew.

Sweetish malty aroma, a bit bready. Breadier taste, sweeter too. Palate a little sticky, but pleasant carbonation. Finish a bit soapy. Looked nice, a reddish brown, and a small persistent tan head. A little messy and heavy.

Dark brown amber beer, brownish thin head. Nose is dried fruit and sugar, yeast, malt. Flavor is fruity and bready, some yeasty notes, but oh boy is this watery. Bready aftertaste. Decent but watery.

Bottle at home. Aroma is malt, dark bread, caramel, some dried fruits, hint of roast, raisins. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Not a bad Belgian Dark Ale, has some noticeable bitterness which is a good thing.

33cl bottle at home. Pours a dark brown colour with a large off-white head. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar, a bit of hops and brown sugar. Taste is very sweet and average bitter with a soft drybitter finish. Notes of nuts, caramel, spice, candied sugar, dried fruits. Texture is creamy with moderate carbonation

Dark brown colored, medium beige creamy head, not too lasting, good lacing. Aroma is of caramel, brown sugar, dark fruits, some nuts and toasted malt, bit spice. Taste is medium+ sweet brown sugar and toffee, nuts and light spice, dried fruits, toasted bready finish, light+ spicy bitterness. Medium bodied, average carbonation, bit creamy.
