2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
250ml bottle from beers of Europe. Pours clear pale brown, quickly dissipating off-white head. Aromas are light herbs and demerara sugar. Taste is sweet caramel, carbonation is light, so finishes a bit sticky. Not great.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
One of the most disappointing Belgian beers I’ve ever had. Pours a light brown with light carbonation. Aroma lacks those big fruity esters and the palate is similarly thin. Tastes of brown sugar, and the hopping is unbalanced, as the beer lacks body. One to avoid.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from the Jumbo n Gorinchem. The beer has an amber color and a small cream colored head, CO2 is a little low. The aroma is fruity, a little sour and with tones of dark fruits and licorice. The taste is fresh and sour with a light sweetness from the caramel and a few tones of honey. The finish is soft and light dry.

Keg at Earl of Essex, pours a dark amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet toffee, malty. Light to medium body, medium carbonation. Sweet caramel, some dark fruit, metal finish. Nah.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottled from AH in Mestreech. Amber color with hardly any head and sweet nose. Aroma is watery sweet and non-existent. The flavor is raspberry soda tones. Very watery and no bitterness at all. This is crap.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear amber with medium head for pour. Sweet caramel and malty smell with some hidden hops. Meh, boring sweet sugary taste with no exceptional flavors. Thin and watery mouthfeel with average carbonation. I won’t down the drain it but that’s about it. .
