Another name for the "Palm Hopper", which is also 6% ABV and also dry-hopped with the home grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh.

Think I expected more from this beer. Its hoppy, but not as hoppy as i thought it would be. Still a decent beer!

0,3l Flasche. Goldenes Bier. Vermisse den Geruch nach Hopfen. Schmeckt leicht malzig, ein wenig nach Caramel. Süffig!

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2015 Nice beer. The addition of the extra hop ( Hallertau Mittelfrüh ) makes this Palm variety more refreshing than a regular palm. It adds a slightly herbal/grassy taste to the original, which makes it slightly more enjoyable to drink, despite the (sometimes) metallic aftertaste.

330ml bottle. Clear golden color. Medium size, white head, stays. Metallic, slightly sour, sharp, rotten fruits in aroma. Metallic hops, alcohol, caramel in taste. Soft carbonation. Weird one. Tastes like past it’s best before. Unfortunately can’t find date on bottle.

Fresh aroma with hints of citrus, honey. Taste of cough syrup. When you look at the name, green label and hop drawing; one could think that this new product is another attempt to move in the IPA market. Probably a not very sound marketing move. This is definitely not an IPA. Not really interesting but could be drunk in numbers on a sunny summer day.

33 cl bottle from Jan Linders, Eindhoven, on December 12, 2014.

A bit hazy deep golden color, smallish yellow head. Sweet, hoppy, alcohol scent. Malty, grainy, metallic taste. Bitter, metallic aftertaste. Gives clear metal contammination on the rub/smell test. Lingering dry bitterness. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness that is fairly dry and finishes towards gypsum and chalk.

This is possibly the worst beer I’ve ever experienced. It pours dark urine yellow with a soapy head, the aroma is terrible, smells like burnt chemicals, something went horribly wrong with this beer, utterly undrinkable.

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color and with a small, dense, off-white head. Rather weak aroma with some grassy, piney hops. Pale malts, fruityness and some piney notes in the flavor, a little bitterness too. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Grassy, bitter finish with some pale malts. Rather boring this one. Lacking complexity and freshness. 141213
