On tap. Poured a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipated slowly to the edges. Aroma was quite earthy with grains, grass and hay coming through as well as a bit of dough. Flavor started with earthy bread, dough and grain with some grass in the finish as well as a bit of hay.

(can) clear medium amber colour with tall light tan head; aroma starts sweet, candy, then progresses towards funk; taste is simple but unoffensive and balanced, with long medium bitter finish

Is this the most overrated thing that has come out of Belgium? Just overpriced I suppose. Also, get with it Ratebeer! Figuring out which beer this really is on a search is almost impossible. Is this to discourage actual honest reviews? Some simple advice: if Palm is the best beer that the bar has, then leave or switch to mixed drinks. Or shots. Don’t be fooled by appearance or price, Belgium should deport these guys.

Szokásos fehér hab viszont gyönyörű borostyán szín! Viszont sok jót nem tudok róla írni. Gyenge illat, enyhén savanykás alkoholos illattal. Íze szintén savas, a nyelv/korty végén komlós leköszönés. Belga ale létére elég gyenge...

(Bottle 02/02-11) Clear golden colour with a lasting white head. It’s a lawn mowing beer (boring).

Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is rather faint sweet fruit, malty and light yeasty. Flavor is light sweet. Dry finish. Nothing special here. 020211

Bottle 0,33 cl @ Villa Zeezichl Amsterdam. Pours copper red-browinsh with a rich tanned head leaving some lacing in the Palm glass. Aroma is malty and hoppy with some sweetness. Nice crispy malty mouthfeel. Flavor is malty, slightly hoppy and a bit sweet. Very refreshing beer. Finishes with a nice tart aftertaste.

On tap at British Beer Company. Very pale golden pour with no head. Reminded me of an american bud but with a hint of coriander. Not good.
