PALM Ale has long been one of Europe’s top-selling specialty beers. Made with English hops, French Barley, and Belgian yeast, PALM represents the best of European beer-making traditions. It’s the roasted Champagne Malt which gives PALM its amber color, but without being heavy. Also available bottle-conditioned as Palm Hergist.
Sold as Palm outside of Europe.

Bottle 33cl. Pours golden, sparkling, clear, frothy head, stays long. Weak aroma of bread, cherry, banana. Taste of malt, some fruity sourness, hops. It reminds me more of a very nice premium pilsner at first but the finish is quite like a belgian ale. Overall, very decent.

Butelka 0.3L. Pomarańczowe, klarowne z iskrą. Biała skąpa, średnio i drobno pęcherzykowa piana.

A beer with just a bit more character than a regular pilsener. A very light aroma. A sweet taste with a slightly sour aftertaste. Slight fruityness from the hops. A perfect beer for everyday.

6.2, 0,33, butelka.

Aroma: very weak aroma, i think i can feel come caramel and fruits. Apperance: Very clear, amber color but literally no head. Taste: light sweetness, light bitterness. Palate: very light body, with lively carbonation. Beer is quite drinkable, but overcarbonated. Palm is ment to be very drinkable, every day beer. Unfortunelly, the carbonation is too high and it influences drinkability. I expected much more aroma from this beer. Nothing to remember.

Bottle from the Bottle Shop, Bruges. Pours amber with a white head. This is a pretty bland affair really. Like a strong tasting lager, but with some yeasty notes in there too. Drinkable, but not one I’ll be revisiting.

Draft. Low carbonation. Pretty much tastes like a good, run of the mill lager. Not spectacular, but not bad. Had somewhat of a Bud smell.

Bottle shared by DrSilverworm- thanks again, Chris! Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Notes of corn flakes, cereal, straw, and metal. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, metallic mouthfeel. Not a very good Belgian ale.
