Sweet malty caramel. Sugary sour, apple aromas. Medium head. Burgundy, red, rust color. Fairly translucent. Caramel flavor. Light body. wheat. sour. very sweet bitterness. Finishes like it should taste stronger. Unsettled bitter finish. very sour bite.

Aug 14, 2008 (Draught at Dovetail, Farringdon, London, 4 Aug 2008) Amber colour with lasting, frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dark fruit, grain, wild berries and yeast. Malty taste with dark fruit, mandarin and yeast. Soft and smooth mouthfeel. Solid and quite tasty but hardly exciting.

Aug 14, 2008 This used to be one of my favourite beers, but that was before I knew of all the other good stuff. Amber beer, white head. Aroma of caramel, malts. Flavour is soft caramel, sweet malts, a slight metallic taste, hops. Dry and soft mouthfeel.
