Had at Sweet Revenge a place that pairs cupcakes with beer and wine. This is quite an odd choice of beer to have. Pours yellow, with herbal sweet aroma. Tastes of banana, metallic, hay, and grains. Not great

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma is sweet malts, cereals and citrus, with some vague hints of cardboard that fortunately doesn’t really get going in my nose. Taste is sweet malts, corn, hints of cereal and lime. Pretty OK for its genre, I guess.

Bottle @ a Brazillian restaurant in Glasgow. Yellow colour, good head. Mild grassy cereal malt aroma. Bready cereal lemon flavour. Light & refreshing. This is a decent lager. I think ratebeer people are being a bit snobbish about this one.

Bottle. Pours a gold color w/ a light white head. Malty aroma with an analogous flavor. Light bodied. A little crisp on the finish, better than most Brazilian beers. An okay session beer.

Bottle @ home, picked up in KC. Clear, golden yellow appearance with a white head. Golden, grainy, corny, pale malty, mild grassy hoppy aroma. Sweet yet fairly bitter, corn, pale malty bland pale lager flavor. Same old, bland international pale lager.

Palma Louca Pilsen Pours pale straw yellow with a slight greenish tinge. Low quickly dissipating head with not much retention. Ugly, Aroma was better with notes of bananas and coconut (mild) with the typical hay aromas. Flavor is mildly malty with a slight bitterness to the finish and a slight metallic flavor to go with mild bananas. Did not taste of a zillion adjuncts, so not horrible.

A consistent if boring pale lager as might have been brewed anywhere throughout the world. Pale straw yellow with a weak fizzy head. Overactive carbonation. Corny aroma with slight grassiness. A little lemon. Even keeled flavor with a little light corn flake character. Ambiguous finish that fades quickly. Not flawed. Not good either.

Pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of grain, dusty malt, cardboard and a hint of fruit. Dry and boring, malty and fruity flavour
