UPDATED: MAY 19, 2011 No aroma to speak of. Fairly highly carbonated. Similar in taste to your standard issue pilsner. Fairly well-balanced but particularly sweet with a little bit of honey flavor.

Bottle into shaker at Sarava in Cleveland. I’m not a huge pale lager girl, that said it tasted like a watered down lager/IPA without the bitterness and more very light citrus notes. Pale yellow pour with a 1/4 inch deflatable white head. Went really well with the tamales, artichoke fritters and chicken appetizers we had. I’d take this over any US macro pale lager or Corona.

Bottle shared at puzzl’s place: Very pale yellow pour. The aroma is grass, corn, straw, and sweet corn syrup. Vacant body with a seltzer like feel on the palate. Sweet flavor as well with that corn syrup quality, straw notes and literally no bitterness to balance. Eh.
