2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
I'm going to forget about this one as soon as I'm done typing. There's nothing at all memorable or special about this beer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours slightly unclear golden orange with smaller white head. Smell is grains, slight fruitiness, mild grassy hops. Taste is bright grains, mild citrus and grass hops. Mild bitterness. Refreshing and not too shabby.

3.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a medium copper color with to fingers of eggshell foam that sticks nicely. Aromas are cracker malt and citrus with some underlying grass. Palate has a nice front end that matches the nose with nice clean malt and a crisp citrus punch... but the beer bitters harshly on the mid to late palate and gets rubbery and abrasive on the finish. Halfway there but the lingering metallic rubbery flavors ruin it !

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. A nice "Carolina" (California) Common Lager. Has a nice citrus aroma and taste. Lingering finish but not in a bad way. Better than the I Pale Ale.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle from somewhere in Charleston.
Ar: Aroma is light bread dough, moderate citrus, grassiness.
Ap: 12 oz. bottle, shaker. Pours a lovely clear copper with a 1" frothy head that lasts quite a while. Good looking beer.
T: Pretty moderate malt up front - notes of cereal and caramel. Finish packs a surprising wallop and is well bittered.
P: Medium body, pretty assertive carbonation. Palate gives this a refreshing side.
O: Packs more of a punch than I expected for a common (though I think I’ve only ever had one of these and that was a long time ago). Nice refreshing, well balanced beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JUL 21, 2013 This was purchased in Charleston in early November. It was not listed on ratebeer so I tried to get information from the brewer. I am glad to see it listed. We purchased some beer from Total Wine to bring home. This is tasty lager. It has wheat and malt flavors. The lager pours a clear golden color with a frothy head and lacing down the glass. Slightly bitter aftertaste with a smooth finish. Aftyershock had lively carbonation with medium body.
