3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Palmetto, May 2015. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (herbs). Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Pretty decent little lager...nice hop aroma, clean, good balance. Doesn’t look like much but drinks real nice.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- Has some grain and hops but does has a slight skunk aroma.
Appearance- Pours an amber color with a large white head.
Taste- Not very good to me, has a heavy grain flavor with an odd yeast aftertaste.
Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation This beer has a dry finish.
Overall- I did not care for this beer at all, in fact i haven’t found a Palmetto product that I am very fond of. There are many Lagers out there that are better than this including the BMCs.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled on tap at the brewpub, pours a clear gold with some creamy, white head. Nose has what you expect, yeasty, mild cracker, mildly gristy, honey, a little vanilla happening. Flavor follows, lightly sweet, lightly yeasty, some lemon, some malt. Medium bodied finish. Decent enough.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not terrible. Just a typical lager that’s more interesting than a macro. Pours a hazy golden. Aromas of corn and caramel. Nice hoppy finish. I guess this is my south Carolina tick. Thanks shrubber85

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz. bottle from shrubber85- thanks again, Roger! Pours a pale clear gold color with a frothy eggshell white head. Notes of banana, sugar, cream, straw, dough, and pale malts. Light-bodied, with high soft carbonation and a sweet, malty mouthfeel. Actually the best of the three Charleston beers I had.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Massive surprise. I expected this brewery to be the Redhook of Charleston. This is goooood. Very grassy and biscuity malts. Closest thing I’ve had to Great Lakes Dortmunder.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A surprisingly tasty and flavorful lager, not complex but well done in every category. Appearance is a solid burnished gold with plenty of head and lacing, aroma is a standard but strong pale malt and noble hop combination. Taste is the same, a relatively full flavored pale malt forward taste with a cool grassy/ pilsner-ish Czech hop contrast in the finish. Yet also finishes very clean and refreshing as a good lager should. I was impressed overall and will definitely be buying more of this when I want a simple and straightforward quality pale lager.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
1st whiff and sip were typical generic lager, and it went downhill from there. Slightly vegetal offness that makes the flavor and feel more along the lines of crappy macro. Not good

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
smells like a light pilsner....slightly cloudy look...good head...taste is as you would expect from a lighter lager...60-40 malt-hops...finishes maltier...very middle of the road for me
