On tap, poured into a shaker. Light aromas of caramel, grapefruit, and toast emanate from this one. It’s a clear, effervescent gold-honey color with a fluffy white head that disappears slowly and leaves a good lace. It’s a medium bitterness with a medium-light sweet. The medium full body has a smooth texture with a fizzy carbonation. It finishes dry with flavors of grass, citrus peel, toast, and burnt caramel. The dry burnt toast and citrus peel sticks around in the aftertaste.

Not a bad little brew. Subtle but pleasant aroma of hops and citrus fruitiness. Flavor has just a touch of bitter hops. Sweet aftertaste. I can dig it.

Another mix a six from a recent stay at Hilton Head. Gold pour with white head. Aroma of piney and citrus hops and crisp caramel malts. Good carbonation with more light citrus and pine hops. Another average type brew from my stay.

Bottle. Local pale ale with moderate hops and clean finish. A good choice if you're in SC and want to support the local brewery, but a mid-tier pale ale overall.
