wcampbell (572), Central, South Carolina, USA Dec 30, 2007 I liked this a lot. Lightly bitter taste and finish. Well balanced with some caramel malt. Some spices and citrus in the taste as well. Nice complexity. AskForJenny (627), Ontario, New York, USA Oct 12, 2007 12oz - Gift from Emma. Copper on pour, just bad - drain pour. Drank from a bottle at the NAC in Columbia. Hoppy, orange in color, and crisp. Very nice for out on the balcony with some new friends. AR (417), Georgia, USA Jul 14, 2007 A nice pale ale that pours a hazy copper. Spicy with mild hops. A great hot-weather beer. shp555 (1677), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Jun 22, 2007 Pours a light color color with a white head. Aroma is sweet slightly fruity with a hint of some hops. Flavor is sweet, fruity, with a light earthy bitter finish. nearbeer (1833), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jun 21, 2007 Updated: Jul 1, 2007Bottle. Copper with a small head that doesn’t hang around much. Aroma is mostly nutty roasted malt with some undistinguished hops. Flavor is same. Palate is light-medium, with a slight hop tingle. Tasty, but not exciting. Still, it’s one of the better brews of SC.
