Golden pour. Sort of fruity aroma. Kind of blah flavor. Some hops, some fruit, some cereal grains. Basically an average, unspectacular pale.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the Noisy Oyster in charleston, SC. Golden with little head and only slight lacing. Flavor was lightly malty with a nice hoppy bitter ending. Reminded me of Sierra Nevada with a bit more of a hop presence. Easy to drink in this humid weather.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
From a 12 oz bottle - maybe this pale ale tasted so good because it was enjoyed while on vacation in the beautiful city of Charleston - aroma of citrus, malt, hops and pine. Taste was nice and hoppy (almost an IPA in my opinion) along with apricots, peach, pine and caramel sweetness. Lots of lacing. Very refreshing brew on a hot, humid day in S.C.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle. I had a few of these at a friendís wedding in Charleston last weekend; this current bottle is from Charleston Beer Exchange. Pours transparent amber, capped with a medium-sized off white head that fades gradually to a thin layer of bubbles. Aroma is primarily caramel, with notes of crystal malt, grapefruity hops, and some pepper. Flavor is bready and malty, with flowers, pine and grapefruit. Finish is a bit astringent.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark amber, little head. Malt dominates nose, lots of caramel and some dark fruits. Little hop aroma or flavor, malt dominates flavor as well. Lots of caramel, rather sweet, dark fruits. Strong hop bitterness kicks in, especially in the finish, very bitter, though little aroma. Interesting, sweet and rich, almost chewy pa.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Golden-amber. Fruity, sort of blueberryish aroma. Moderately bitter, with berries. Itís got a woody dryness, light caramel & breadcrust malts along with that. OK, none too exciting.

Draught. Clear coppery gold with small off-white head cap. Balanced, straightforward slightly metallic earthy aroma. Crisp refreshing nice hop kiss at finish. Good mouthfeel.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle from my sister and bro in law. thanks Ben and Dhari! Amber pour, small off white head. Aroma is very much full of malts and some sweet and slighty spicy hops. Flavor is mellow and smooth. Easy caramel matls and some hops make this pretty easy to drink.
