A medium aroma of cereal and barnyard is apparent on the forefront of this beer. It has a cloudy orange brown appearance with minimal white lacing. The beer has a good amount of hops with a hint of cereal and grass on the palate. There is also a slight caramel finish to the beer. I would drink this beer again if offered the opportunity.

Pale orange pour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, a bit spicy. Clean finish with some nice citrus hop notes. Good bite. Nice beer.

Nice malt but not enough balance, a bitter aftertaste lingers for awhile afterwards.

Pours a clear copper color with a rocky white head. It has a nice fruity hop aroma that is typical of IPA’s and APA’s. Medium bodied with good malty chewiness up front and finishes with a slight hop twang. A very nice American style pale ale.

Bottled. Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a small white head. This one has very little flavor - I wish it had more hop flavor and some more malts so that it could remotely compete with Sierra Nevada. A good crisp pale.

Darker tea color. Fairly bitter taste -- almost too biteer -- with hints of citrus. Reasonably good head that persists. Lasting aftertaste.

Bottle from a grocery in Charleston. Pours a nice amber-gold. Offwhite head. Nose is all fresh cascades with a bit of caramel in the background. Taste is pretty solid, crisp and fresh cascade citrus that works with the caramel. Nice.

Pours dark golden with a nice white head. Lots of carbonation. Earthy aroma. NIcely hoped and decent malt. A well made pale ale, but nothing too spectacular.

12oz bottle-pours a thick light tan head that laces with copper color. Aroma is lively hops, sweet, malt. Taste initially starts out thin, then mild caramel malt followed by nice biting medium hops. Medium/light body. Improved with the second one.

I liked this a lot. Lightly bitter taste and finish. Well balanced with some caramel malt. Some spices and citrus in the taste as well. Nice complexity.
