Bottle. Poured a deep dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma was of malt and perhaps a bit of chocolate. The flavor followed this with a little more burnt malt to it. This is a decent run of the mill stout. Nothing to get too excited about.

Dark brown with hints of light shining through. Has an off white 1 finger head. Aroma is that of burnt caramel, dark chocolate and roasted malts. This beer first hits the palate with bitter chocolate and vanilla, followed by coffee and finishing with some mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is on the lighter side with carbonation on heavier side.

Bottle, pours jet black with dense taupe head, rich aroma of chocolate, espresso, some tobacco, flavor matches with full creamy flavors of cocoa and some moderate roast on finish, finishes moderately roasty and bitter. Very good

Pours pitch black with creamy head. Smells of coffee and roast malt with some aroma of licorice. Didn’t think this was going to be so good. Really great stout. Medium carbonation. A little nutty bitterness as well. Bottle

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized brown colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a no visible carbonation opaque dark brown colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The aroma was roasted malt chocolate and dark malt. The thick mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow mild roasted malt aftertaste. The thin flavor contained notes of roasted malt and dark malt. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Initially an aroma of sweet dried fruit malts, then coffee, though not very strong. Dark black with off white head, some lacing. Taste is a nice bitter coffee, a bit of a sour milk aftertaste. Overall, not bad.

Deep dark and robust stout. Strong dark chocolate lead with a coffee toffee finish. Sweet smell, but taste is more bitter sweet. Good stout. Black color with good pour and decent lacing. Enjoyed it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the bottle, roasty and cocoa aroma..taste is chocolate and some bitterness and roast. It’s good!

Bottle - Pours black with ruby highlights and a thin-bubbled tan head. Nose is ashy roast, espresso, molasses, and some dark fruitiness. Taste is pretty mellow and smooth upfront--with dark fruit and dark roastiness--but bitter ash/coffee grounds come on pretty strong on the finish. Pretty thin-bodied, bordering on watery. Interesting, but would’ve liked it better with a thicker body and less bitterness.
