Aroma is roasted malts and a mixture of chocolate and coffee. The flavor is coffee, grainy/roasted malts, an undercurrent of chocolate and a mildly acidic/tart finish. A solid stout.

Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice, and chocolate. Roasted malt flavor with licorice, and chocolate flavor with a creamy mouth feel. Superb lacing! Very nice beer.

12 oz bottle from pick a sixer at PW...pours almost black with foamy head...some lacing. Bitter chocolate / coffee but done smoothly...not at all boozy like some other stouts and other stronger beers....well done and very tasty
