Pangaea’s gotta new fan. Aroma strong dark chocolate with a hint of coffee. Pours black with a light tan head. Taste is robust with chocolate with hints of espresso. Very roasty. Creamy on the palate with a fizz on the tongue. Enjoyable and would definitely buy again.

Almost perfect. This is my new favorite and I can’t find any more. This beer is so complex but done right. Not too syrupy like a popular Irish brand. It has the proper amount of viscosity. Also not too heavy. Very, very good. A++

Pours black with a large frothy tan head. Malty aroma mixed with chocolate and coffee. Chocolate and coffee come through as well in the taste along with some sweeter caramel notes and a nice coffee aftertaste. Medium body and not heavily carbonated. A pretty decent stout overall.

The aroma smells like coffee beans and malt. Very smooth stout, flavor. A bit dry but not too bad.

This was a very, very good beer. 12 oz tulip glass - Hopcat in Grand Rapids. Smooth stout, alcohol present - coffee/caramel - the norm, but well done.

12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours black with a lingering, lacy, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, and some light floral hops. The roasted malts are strong, followed by a light coffee aftertaste. Smooth texture. A pretty good stout.

Draft. Poured black color and an average frothy brown head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy dark chocolate malt and nuts aroma. Medium to full body with with a smooth rich texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy roasted bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Good complex beer.

Dark brown with a mammoth quickly fading brown head that dissipates into nothing. Aroma of roasted barley, dark malts, chocolate and oatmeal. Taste is full bodied with deep dark malts, some dark chocolate, notes of peat and everything is pretty roasted. Tasty enough, not a bad offering.

12 oz. bottle, Sasquatch has a black-brown pour that is opaque and made a two finger tan colored head, this beer is dark as most stouts are but I can see lots of little bubbly strings flowing up the sides of the glass, it left spots and small fingers of lacing on the glass as I drank, there was no sediment in the bottle, the aromas were dry chocolate, roasted malt, and some oatmeal, there is a little malt sweetness and faint dark sugar sweetness in the background, the flavors consisted of roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee with brown sugar and dark caramel sweetness, there was a little hint of licorice, this beer has a nice mouth feel, Sasquatch is a very nice stout beer.

bottle - Pours black with a tan head. It smells of dark roast malt and hints of chocolate. Sweet roast malt is balanced by hops the some dryness from the roast. It’s medium bodied and overall a very tasty though not great stout.
