COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Hazy deep amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, biscuit, lemon peel, pine, mango, tangerine and light caramel. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of mango, citrus, tangerine and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Quite allright, bit too malty for my taste. A bit boozy and buttery as well.

On tap @Babajan. Aroma fresh and fruity, strong floral and fruit hop notes with a sweet caramelly malt profile. Flavor is sweet with lots of fruit notes. A bit too sweet for my tongue.

(Draught at Bishops Arms Folkungagatan, 20130313) The beer poured deep reddish brown. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tangerine, peach, malts and pine. Palate was medium bodied and a bit dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were peach, fruitiness, pine, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A tasty fruity pale ale. The bitterness was a bit too intense.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arm Folkungagatan, Stockholm) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with orange peel, toast and rye bread. Fruity, malty taste with notes of orange peel, marmalade, toast and a generous citric bitterness in a finish with hints of resin. Medium body, quite dry. Very tasty and highly drinkable. Nice one.

Pours clear amber w low white head Hoppy fresh aromas of apples, grape, pine. Caramel malts. But also a bit sourness that feels bit strange. Low bodied, medium sweet, low bitterness. Fresh hops, caramel. Ok not more

Pines and citrus in the aroma. Very good for this beginner. Oily, but nice. Solid good pale ale.

Bottle at Bishops Folkis, February 2013. Best before May 2013. Almost clear dark amber with a medium head. Rather malty aroma and taste with toffee, hops, citrus and some grape. Also notes of "butter". Medium bitterness and with a rather dry finish. An ok beer but not quite as expected.

@ Bishops: mycket maltig kola doft. Smaken är ok men kanske något ensformig. Myclet malt inte så myclet annat. God men inte fantastisk. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
