Stressrecension. Grumlig guldgrå. Doftar tropiskt. Aningens trist humle å inte så besk. Ok.

Bottle, 33cl - Hazy amber beer with a large white head. Aroma is fruity with notes of caramel, pineapple, litchi, citrus and gooseberries. Flavor is fruity with notes of caramel, gooseberries, citrus and creamy candy. Refreshing.

Slightly hazy amber colour and a small white head. Sweet aroma of tropical fruits and green hops. Sweet upfront with an aftertaste dominated by a slightly chemical bitterness. Medium carbonation, leaves a dry astringent mouthfeel. Has that ’first homebrew’ feeling caused by, I’m guessing, way to much finishing hops or maybe there was something wrong with my bottle.

Hazy amber color with copper hue; creamy head. Aroma of hops with mild fruity side, malt, a bit of cereals, peanuts. Some malt and caramel flavor; strong bitterness, limited fruity touch from the hops, but also some kind of vegetable bitterness similar to chicory. Long final, with some chicory bitterness and some nobler hop resins.
Not bad, but imperfect. It doesn’t have the freshness character expected from a domestic Pale Ale.

Aroma of fruit and hops. Taste of esters, grapefruit and wood. Bitter grapefruit aftertaste and some strange plastic notes.

Bottle. Amber colour with an off-white head. Fruity, citrusy, malty, caramel, a hint of alcohol.. A bit on the sweet side for the style, but tasty.

Draught @ Bishops Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm

Pours orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of exotic fruits, grassy hops, crisp malts and hints of caramel. Taste is resinous, malty and hoppy with notes of grass, pine and exotic fruits. Finish is hoppy, lingering bitter and fruity with some crisp malty notes. Nice, quite tasty APA.
