Just a pinch of brown sugar, rustic cold sea tide pool. Fine textured gentle sourness, plums earth, apples, pepper, autumn leaves. Lingering fruity lemon. Refreshing, moorish, really well-balances and delicious beer. Nice place to have started our tasting.

Aroma of florals, cork, oak, dustiness, and barnyard. Pours a hazy caramel / golden color with a small creamy head. Nose is funk, apples, raisins. Taste is dry cidic and spicy with some sweetness, and of course a sour punch. Pours with a small off-white head covering a hazy yellow body. Aroma is nice and funky with some light hay, and melon. Taste is sweet and then some more funk and sour. Aroma of Brett, acidic berries with slight floral. Flavor much the same with slight farmhouse......nice!......Mouthfeel is champaign like, very light body and fizzy. Overall, I like this stuff!
