Bottle, at cgarvieuk’s, with Stella, the kids, and Traci. Really great tasting Craig—thanks! Deep brown, fine off-white head. Just a pinch of brown sugar, rustic cold sea tide pool. Fine textured gentle sourness, plums earth, apples, pepper, autumn leaves. Lingering fruity lemon. Refreshing, moorish, really well-balances and delicious beer. Nice place to have started our tasting.

(750ml bottle, European Version, bottled 11/05) Pours a cloudy orangish amber body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of florals, cork, oak, dustiness, and barnyard. Flavor of cherry, red plum, funk, and florals with descent carbonation and a dry oak finish.

Thanks Bu11zeye for this one. Pours a hazy caramel / golden color with a small creamy head. Nose is funk, apples, raisins. Taste is dry cidic and spicy with some sweetness, and of course a sour punch. Hard to pin down just one taste with this one.

European 2005 Version thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours with a small off-white head covering a hazy yellow body. Aroma is nice and funky with some light hay, and melon. Taste is sweet and then some more funk and sour. A heavish mouthfeel with light bubbles. Very differeent than the US version.

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of Brett, acidic berries with slight floral. Flavor much the same with slight farmhouse......nice!......Mouthfeel is champaign like, very light body and fizzy. Overall, I like this stuff!
