Bottle courtesy Alex. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy and vinius aroma. Sour. Grapes present. Heavy sour flavor. Long delicate nice finish. Oily palate.

Clear medium to dark amber color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, damp stained, keller, earth, wood, grape. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, berry - grape tart. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100606]

rosso rubino schiuma assente gasatura quasi inesitente il naso è complesso acido legno fruttat uva rossa esteri solventi di vario genere in bocca nonostante i gradi molto poco corpo piuttosto acida note fruttate e molto legnosa mal mia bottigli anche notre di tappo purtroppo un retrogusto un po vinoso mosto d’uva intrigante ma estremamente di difficile beva non molto armoniosa
