Bottle: Served in a Cantillon Tumbler:
Small off white vanilla foamy lacing. Hazy brown body.
Aroma is a delicious mix of brett, lacto, wood, grapes, some raisin some red fruit, tart tones, some caramel and a hint of sweets.
Flavour is a bit thinner than aroma: lots of different yeast, tart, wood, malts, caramel, hint of brown sugar, lacto, bread, some tartherbs, lots of tart fruits, some wood, grapes, raisin, some berries, light dry, lighter bitters...
Aftertaste is a bit dry with yeast, lacto, wood, raisin, some caramel, malts and tart.
Low carbo, creamy tart mouthfeel, more than medium bodied and a light dry light creamy texture. Gets better with an hour!

Bottle spilt @ Craft Clerkenwell. Cheers to Colleen. The pour’s deep red with a tiny head. The nose is marzipan. Some rotting red fruits. Apples. Spice. The taste is rotting apple and cherry compote. Mild yeasty funk. Light acetic punchiness. Moderately tart. Light body, fine carb. Overall, not bad!
