Bottle enjoyed at home
Copper clear, big beige head. Smells of malts, funky barnyard and some malts. Taste is light malty, light sweetness, meeting a medium sour acidity, also some dry fruit feel that is unpleasent, also tart apples and some berries. Light body, medium carbonation. Some fruity bitterness in tthe end. Totally a very drinkable sour from Italy, still there is room for improvements

Bottle aged almost a year. Amber/brown pour, 1 finger of head and some lively carbonation considering the age. Sour aroma, sour cherry, under-ripe red apple, green apple, Chokecherry, pincherry. Sour taste - Oak, Sour cherry, a bit of sour candy, funky, spice, balsamic vinegar. Slightly thin body. Would take some verve to drink more than a bomber of this. Will try the US version next month.

Bottle at home. Clear and dark amber colour. An amazing light beige, frothy ,thick and big head. A pleasant sour aroma of bitter berries, rowanberries, oak and horse blanket. The flavours are also dominated by sour oak. The bitter berries are a bit sweeter in the mouth and hint of sweet malts. Medium lasting bitterness. Over a nice sour ale and well-balanced. The taste is very lasting.

Bottle, bbq in Italy somewhere. Murky muddy brown, lots of floaty bits. Aroma of fruit and jam. Flavour is sour and dry, a little woody. I enjoyed it and would drink it again.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Norway. Poured into a wine glass, as that’s the most appropriate glass I have. Huge fizz when I took the cap off. Pours a ton of foam with a little bit of clear, amber beer underneath. The head quickly settles into a smaller, creamy head, revealing a lot more beer underneath than I’d thought. The color is, as mentioned, amber/brown, very clear, tons of bubbles rising up. Sour and sweet aroma with some funky notes. Light body, soft carbonation. The flavor is oak, citrus, notes of green and red apples and raspberries. In my mouth the sourness is "medium". Also, a tiny hint of metallicness in the finish, along with a slight bitterness/tartness, and a hint of nuts. But, all these flavors are somewhat subtle, and overall I think it’s rather neutral tasting. No flavor leaps out in your face, it’s just a very nice sour ale with lots of subtle flavors. Interesting!

Bottle (75cl) from Vinmonopolet (Vika), Oslo. Huge offwhite slowly-receding head that clings to the glass with lots of lacing. Clear, red/amber colour. Aroma of barnyard, grape kernels, red fruits, vinegar, yeast. Very well-balanced taste, dominated by acidity, but countered by just the right sweetness and a mild bitterness. Tart finish. Medium body (light at this ABV, making it highly drinkable).

Dark amber beer, little white head. Aroma lightly tart, malty, floral, citrus fruit and sour apple. Flavour is quite tart, light sweet malty background. Fruity: citrus, apricot and apple. Short finish.
