Colore rosso scuro, aspetto direi simile a vino, schiuma densa.Aroma molto complesso da definire, direi di more, vino e leggermente speziato.Sapore forte, alcoolico con note di frutti di bosco e lievemente acidulo.Una birra che definire ottima è riduttivo.

This is a very nice and sour beer. I love Flemish Sour Beer. This beer is a brown murky beer with a medium palate. It has a very lightly sweet fruity flavor with a small amount of carbonation. Easy to drink.

Dense foam, friable and lively. Much persistent and similar to wine like Bonarda and Lambrusco. Dark red color, nearly mahogany, dense and impenetrable; much elegant one. Extremely complex and rich scent. Notes of wet wood, blackberry, wine and spices. Richest, from meditation. Decided and strongly taste characteristic. Powerful alcoholic notes with rumors of forest fruits. Lightly acidulous on the end. In mouth it’s large, wrapping and elegant. Great structure and great scents balance

UPDATED: APR 3, 2013 Bottle, 8%. Fruity aroma, slightly tart and woody. Hazy nut brown colour. Small, bubbly tan head. Small floaties. The flavour is OK sour, lactic acid, nice and clean, almost like Berliner Weisse. Has a good cleansing finish. Slightly vinous. Very late goat aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel, low to medium carbonation. I would have liked better mouthfeel and higher carbonation, but still very good. Has high drinkability and goes well with a spegepølsemad. 8 3 8 3 18

Bottle, 8%. 5 years after my initial rating, but from the same batch. Mild citric aroma, like citric fruit. Almost clear brown colour. Small unstable off-white head. The flavour is citric at first, but not mouthpuckering. Very clean, slightly fruity. Has a mildly earthy note in the finish. Well-rounded and very refreshing. 8 4 9 4 20

[ Thanks to Menno ]. Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, sour berry, moderate cask wood, oak, sour cherry notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate acidic / sourish and vinegar with a long to average duration, and a dry sour finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Very nice ;o)) (060808)

I had tasted this at the Mondialle du Bierre it was impressive enough that I opted to undergoe a second tasting, a very fine beer pleasantly tart and refreshing. Might embark on a beer led voyage to italy one of theese days.

Bottle@Home. Soft but heavy aroma with loads of fruit in it. Sour but easy sour, rusty, bit oxidized but in a good way somehow, very fruity, nice bitterness.

Panil Barriquee Sout on todella hapan olut.

Pours well, nice white head. Sour aroma, some hints of fruit. Red colour, quite beautiful. Flavour is sour, with ending that has sour cherry, or sour berry flavour. Some malty hints in the nose, overall quite enjoyable.
