750ml bottle, 2012, Batch #15, Bottle #813. Pours almost opaque reddish brown with a thick, foamy, off-white head. Aroma is tart, bright, woody cherries with noticeable funkiness. Taste is tart cherry skins, oak, wood and tannins and is earthy, citric, vinous and funky. Bright and tart on the palate, fairly sour, really nice carbonation. Great finish. Perfectly balanced; every aspect of this beer is standout. Just terrific.

Bottle, thanks Niall. Cloudy amber red with off white head. Musty funky aroma, little vingar and some fruitiness. Taste of berries, funk, very little vinegar, wood. Minimal sourness. Easy going and nice

Bottle @ HTX Tasting. Pours hazy brown with a offwhite head. Aroma is light sour with grapes, brett, wood, light vinegar. Flavor is sourness, grapes, wet wood, oak, grapes, dusty, barnyard, little vinegar. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. Nice one. 210513

Bottle. Clear brown/amber with medium foamy off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, brett, sour and a little vinegar. Flavour is malt, fruit, sour, caramel, little vinegar, little acid, little barnyard, little tart and a little over carbonated.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Heavy wonderfull sour aroma. Average sour nice flavor. Long moderate bitter ok finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Gallafest tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, fruits, berries, little caramel, malt and hops. Vinous and mild.

Batch #16, 2012, Bottle #2161. Pours dark purple-brownish red from the bottle. Small bit of cream colored head. aroma of sour cherries, blackberries. Big heavy mouthfeel with very little carbonation. Lots of fruit up front with a good tart punch and dry oak finish. Cheery, blackberries, and grapes. Not sure I like the big body on this and tend to enjoy more effervescent sours. Not bad, but I could do without it as well.
