Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty beige color ale with a huge off-white head with perfet retention and lacing. Aroma of funky barnyard and dry hops is really great. Taste is also a perfect mix between some dry hops with some powerful funky barnyard notes originating from the yeast. Easily drinkable with not much alcohol (5.5%) and perfectly mix between dry and funky and I love the fact that filtration was limited. I wish this was more accessible over here.

Light colour, bubbles groving while going up in the glass. Quite long end, some bitter and yeast taaste.

Cloudy blond color; creamy head. Very nice crispy malt aroma. The flavor is sweetish, with some malt, good body, average bitterness. Pleasant.

Hazy blond color; very nice and persistent perlage; big head, yoghurt-like; nice lace. Nice aroma, delicate, malty, with honey, light camomile. Smooth taste, soft malt, some sweetness, low bitterness. Very pleasant and well made.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2009 In short: An original floral/grassy and fruity yeasty Belgian blonde session ale. Tasty and refreshing.

The look: Partly cloudy blonde body topped by a persistent small white head
In long: Nose has a little barnyard character and grassy notes. Fluffy body with a medium carbonation. This is a very yeasty beer. Interesting and original taste blending bananas, dandelions, ice-cream vanilla, flower petals, pineapples, a lot of fresh grass. A light acidity touch in the finish. The mix of fresh floral/grassy character and light fruity acidity make a for a very refreshing beer. I don’t understand the low ratings on this fine tasty nourishing and refreshing session brew, probably not strong enough for the typical ratebeerian and this is not a Panil Bionic.

The pour reveals a gorgeous cloudy golden color with a thick, frothy, white head. Interesting aroma of grass, honey, yeast and some bretty funk. The flavor has acidity, honey, grass, yeast and bretty funk, it’s quite refreshing while having some complexity. The body is surprisingly thick, the texture is creamy and the carbonation is moderate. Nicely done.

bottled, thanks to bu11zeye, clear gold color with bubbly foam, broomstraw husky aroma with a nice dry lemony flavor

(750ml bottle dated Apr 11 thanks to bu11zeye) hazy blonde with lasting creamy head. Nose of Belgian yeast, spicy, bit of raw grain mash. Taste is infected, tart, oddly enjoyable though, odd brett strain, wood, grapes, and reminds me of a berliner.
