750ml bottle. Cloudy chestnut colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Concentrated fruity aroma, gooseberry jam, some rhubarb, white grapes, disguised, minimally chocolatey, malty background with a touch of coffee. Taste is chocolately dark malty, notes of coffee, slightly vinous, fruity overtones with notes of gooseberry, white grapes, minimally tart, slightly bitter finish. A bit unbalanced and inhomogeneous, nevertheless a nice, though not fully working combination of flavours.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2016 Bevuta come "Agreste riserva" 75 cl. Bottiglia avariata?

Bottle at Campground Brewdown 2014. Pours a murky brown with at thin white head. Smells of old paper and tart musk. Tastes of bad paper, funky and dissapointing.

[6682-20140816] Giant bottle. Toasted bready sour aroma. Hazy, pale brown amber body with a quick foamy white head. Light lemony bitter flavour. Medium body is a little sour. Good. (7/3/7/3/15) 3.5

2014-08-16. Hazy dark amber body with a small off white head. Aroma is pleasant, sweetish malt has a little spice to it, almost like Christmas spices. Flavour has sweetish malt base with lightly tangy fruit below. Smooth average to light bodied palate, soft carbonation. Not super complex but enjoyable. Magnum bottle at Campground Brewdown

Red copper, cream copper head, quickly disappearing. Light roasted Malts, chocolate, hint of coffee and a cherry-like sourness. Spectacular aroma. Taste.... Not so spectacular, aggressive sourness follows a light sweet entry and fades into a herbal bitterness. The second sip is better. Roasted malts, chocolate and some coffee, light riped fruits.

Bottle. Brown color, beige head. Aroma of caramel, butter, diacetyl and sugar. Flavor is buttery, sweet with a sour base. But infected overall impression.

Brow bodied. Butter, sticky toffee, white chocolate. Bleh. Taste is also pretty bad. Somewhat sweet and dry ending. Either a brewing error or just not nice. (Bottle at Colin’s De Molen tasting)

Bottle at monthly tasting @ De Molen, hosted by dEnk. Hazy brown pour, foamy off-white head. Aroma of butter, cream, fruity and dusty. Flavor is swweetish diacetyl, fruity and malty. Quite thick body and unbalanced.
