Bottle 50cl. @ yespr blindtasting. [ Bottle #17. ]

Clear medium brown amber color with a small average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, leather, light caramel - bread. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, horse stabel, baking yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. IMO a bit messy ... [20110219]

Bottled. ahazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of pumpernickle bread and caramel as well as light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet mlaty with primary notes of caramel, but also a light note of spices. Thanks Alex (fiulijn).

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy, orangey brown with a tall, off-white head leaving some lacework. Aroma of roasted malts and yeast. Rather full-bodied with plenty of roasted malt and fruit and a whiff of yeast. Rather subdued bitterness with a vague, underlying tartness. 270707

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is wineous and roasted malty. Light fruity. Wineous, brett and slight earthy. Light acidic touch. Ends lingering malt flavoured, caramelish and slight fruity. Smooth and wineous finish.

Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Cloudy mahogany colour, rich firm head. Vinous nose with some dust. Sweetish with medium body. Soft and mildly woody, fruity and lightly yeasty. Rather sweet and almost without bitterness. Likable and fairly easy going.
