Bottle 375ml. @ home.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy sour, sour wood, moderate hoppy citrus - lemon, dusty hops, grape, tart - acidic, light barnyard. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic, chlorine very shortly, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic with a long long duration, a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100328]

Bottle. Pours an unclear and light amber beer with no head. The aroma is acidity, tart, fruit and old yeast. The flavor is acidity, fruit and yeast. The palate is fresh. Overall a good beer.

Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is tart, chewing gum, sulfur and burnt matches. Flavour is tart, leather, sulfur and burnt matches.

Bottle. Pours with a thinner white head; lightly hazy yellow grapefruit color. Leather, peaches, and sourness in the aroma. Apricot sourness and bit of puckering fruitiness in the flavor. Lighter body with prickly carbonation. Nice enough brew, and tasty. Just not on par with the best out there.

Bottle @ Birra #, Rome. Pours unclear orange with a small creamy bubbly head. Nose is manuer, horse blanket and earth. Flavor is bretty with notes of cellar. Dry and very crisp.

Aroma has a lot of sourness, a bit tart and some cheese. Flavor is tart and sour, a little slick like oil and cheesy. Slightly acidic and a bit odd.

Sampled at RBWG 2010. The aroma and flavor is sour corn, grain, and not much else going on. Good to have it, but meh.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body with a white head. Brett, leather and cheese aromas. A lemon lime acidity with a modest acidity and hint of lavender. Cheesy with a strong acid finish. Okay.
