Bottled at Papsoes Blind tasting 19th. June 2008 no 12: Yellow coloured. Unclear. Off white head. Brett, fruits, sweetness and spice in the aroma. Flavour of fruits, yeast, sweetness and light sourness. Meidum bodied. Dry. Grape and some sweetness in the end, Quite refreshing.

Bottled at RBESG 2007. An unclear golden beer with a thin orange head. The aorma is sweet and acidic with light notes of white wine. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of white wine, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, brief, white head. Lots of sediment in the bottle. Fruity, floral nose with notes of tropical fruit, honey, flowers and a hint of yeast. Fruity taste with tropical fruit, pineapples, green apples and canned peaches, turning maltier towards the end with notes of dough, yeast and a spicy, peppery finish. Medium body, some fruity sweetness throughout, with alcohol shining through towards the end. A decent shot at the style but not really convincing.

Bottle. Shared at xmas with good friends - great food Mette. Murky golden almost orange in colour with a medium sized white head. Quite fruity with notes of yeast, spices, citrus, banana and vanilla.

Bottle. Thanks to ekstedt. Light yellow, hazy, with a white head. Aroma of almond, cider and wood. Fizzy mouthfeel.

Bottle at home - 24. Dec. - shared with Bager, Per and Mette. Cloudy orange - white head. A very mild beer. Orange, citrus fruits, fruity, wheaty, vanilla, light spicy, yeasty. Soft mouthtfull.

0.75 l bottle. Murky yellow brown color with creamy head. Honey, clove, pepper, vanilla, strawberry, wood, lemon, ginger and cardamon in the aroma with hint of acidity. Sweetish honeyish and yeasty flavor with notes of clove, pepper, vanilla and strawberry. Woody, spicy and tart fruity finish.
