Bottle Christmas Eve. Dark mahogany with a slim cappuccino head. Roasted, berryish, heavily mulled aroma with bubblegum, red wine, Jamaican ginger cake, sorrel. Mulled flavour with brazen coke and Caribbean-leaning spices but enough roast, berries and bitterness to get away with it. By the tip of its whiskers.
