Bottle at ChrisO Snow tasting, thanks to (sorry forgotten who), 20/01/13. Lightly hazed golden amber with a thin off white head that clears to a film. Nose is pale malt, light grass, herbal notes. Taste comprises orange pith, sugars, light spice, malt. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Average.

Bottle shared at Gainsbar - Kortrijk, Belgium. Pours lightly hazy, yellow-gold, quite effervescent with a thick, creamy white head. Lots of yeasty dough in the nose with notes of sugar fruits. Hugely sweet flavor with plenty of sugary white bread, dough, hay. Full bodied with average carbonation. Warming finish with more sugary, doughy white bread, fruits, white sugar, hay. Very sweet but OK overall.

330ml bottle from Vanuxeem. Pours hazy blond with decent white head. Beautifully sweet aroma with hints of vanilla. Taste is just incredible. Beautifully smooth with a soothing sweetness & good tripel notes. Very nicely blended with very minimal bitterness or spice. I could happily polish off a 75cl bottle of this.

Beer from a hobby brewer from Diksmuide, commercialized through Deca. Sticky, snow white head, misty golden blond colour. Very fruity aroma, exotic fruits, apricot, pear, strawberry, rosewater, sherry, hay, whisky. Soft, apply, fruity taste, medium carbo, bready malt base, sourish touch, yeasty with mild grassy hop bitterness in the finish (fresh hop cones apparently having been used). Enjoyable.

(Drinking date: 19 August 2014) Aromas of banana, malt and a bit of alcohol. Looks good. Hazy, golden beer. Really delicious fresh, fruity taste, with the softness of banana. Medium carbonation, which is exactly good. Good balance between watery and silky body. Delicious beer! Total score: 4.0

Een heel lekker biertje met een uitgesproken, maar heel lekkere smaak. Aanrader

The label looks modern, but the recipe is as old as the Belgian beer culture. Typical yeasty and fruity Belgian blond. Nice, but not special.

Somewhat opaque darker yellow with white foam head. Aroma is strong barley, little wheat. Decent taste, a Belgian Ale worthy, high alcohol. (Kemmel 201407)

33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from ALBO. Hazy orange, small soapy white head. Smells of esters, fusels, thick plaster yeast, boozy, thick chalk. Tastes of fusels, bitter esters, plaster, chalk, boozy, solvent, glue, bitter, dry,… Chalky yeast body. Another one of these Belgians.

Cloudy light golden beer with foam top. Lots of residue. Floral, yeast and malty. Full body and medium dry finish. Sweet and bitter with a bit of citrus. At the very end some alcohol.
