Couleur or brillant.

One of my best beers! Sweet, not so hoppy and strong, good taste. Good for degustation or desserts.

Countbeer (4301) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - APR 3, 2013
Bottle: Medium to bigger sized lively and with regular speed changing white head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Aromas of fruit, yeast, some grains, light hop notes, some malts. Flavours of spices, yeast, hops, bitters, light creamy, fruity. Well balanced. Low carbo, almost silky light oily ish mouthfeel, good medium body and a creamy texture. I was enjoying this beer, thus nothing more than a short rating from Countbeer.

Bottle, bought @ Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam.
Pours hazy golden with a giant, frothy, white head. Bubbles bursting as it slowly fizzes away. Really lovely aroma. Lots of brett, red and green apples, oranges, barnyard, almonds, crispy pilsner malts, pine and a slight white wine note. High, prickly carbonation, lovely dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, oaky, good brett. Barnyard, pine cones, grass and a touch of oranges, ginger, green apple zest. Lovely long dryness in the aftertaste. It might be a travesty to say this, but it really reminds me of Orval!

(Bottled) Opaque amber with a small, lacy head. Very flowery-perfumy-fruity nose with lemon and some spices. Flavor is fruity and flowery-aromatic with some wheaty-lemony sourness and pale, grainy malt. Medium+ body, medium carbonation, refreshing palate. A really nice surprise with no previous expectations at all. 5446

Bottle at Le Poechenkelder (or how you spell it :P) in Brussels. It poured a hazy golden liquid with a white head. Fruity and yeasty with a lean and smooth mouthfeel. A very nice beer with a pleasant flavour.
