COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La Paradise Blanche est une bière de couleur blanche trouble. Composée d’Eau, malt, froment, sucre, levure, coriandre, écorce d’orange et de houblon hallertau. Son volume d’alcool est de 5%. Sa saveur est d’une très grande fraîcheur dans laquelle le coriandre joue efficacement son rôle désaltérant. La dégustation se poursuit par un grand frisson dû à l’écorce d’orange séchée. Bière à servir entre 4° et 6°. Cette bière est brassée à la brasserie de Silly.

Bought at a small grocery in Ixelles, Brussels. Yellow body with quick-evaporating head. Malty and corny nose. Sweet tasting, with relatively high amount of citrus. Sweet and caramel finish. Quite enjoyable.
