3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20Bottle: Wasn’t expecting this to be much, given the prior ratings, but it turned out to be a pretty good experience. Lightly golden / orange color with a large off-white head. Nose is a little grassy, floral, and lightly spiced. Flavor profile is more florals, still a bit grassy, some Belgian spices, and yeast. A lot more flavor than the typical golden/blond ale and refreshing too.

(22oz bomber) clear medium gold, ring of fine white bubbles. Nose of rice, sake, honey, light drippy caramel. Taste of caramel, rich, marshmallow, creamy and light.
