COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This more traditional IPA is packed with dark body, hoppy bitterness and then finished off with a solid dry hopping of three pounds of flowers during conditioning.

good hoppy nose with an underlying butterscotch/malt to it, first drink the butter hits and down goes the rating not as bad as the others but lends a cloying slickness to the beer that after on Glass i had had enough

Draft at The Collective Tap, Woodinville. Rather light body, on par for the house flavor. Deep brown-orange, creamy head. Malty, sweet but quite nice. Tasty but weak.

Draft pour pint at the Collective. Copper color pour with a rocky fizz head. Grassy hop aroma with maybe a touch of floral notes. Flavor is sweet, malt forward IPA, with a bitter hop linger. Light body, but overall an enjoyable beer

On tap @ Paradise Creek. Pours clear dark Amber with medium lacy white head. Aroma is big sweet caramel malt, only a hint of hops on the back. Taste is heavy sweet dark caramel malt, dank herbal slightly juicy hops on the back. Could use more hops though. Pretty tasty, probably Paradise Creek’s best beer.

Soft floral aroma. Intense tart flavors, backgrounds of citrus and floral with a little malty sweetness. Leaves a bitter aftertaste that isn’t harsh but close.

After tasting wine all day so take this with a grain of salt. Orange. Resinous hops. Bitter hop driven. ..meh.

Bottle. Nose is really nice and inviting, with some great floral and citrus aromas coming off, with just a bit of grapefruit coming through in this. Taste is definitely bitter, but the hops taste like they’ve been sitting on the shelf a little too long. Still a good drink, but probably not optimal.

Cloudy golden with a medium sized off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is floral, bready, dusty and fruity. Flavors of floral, dusty and pine resin
Nice

Nose is very malty with caramel, biscuit, iced tea, very mild spicy floral hop presence. I guess danky. Perhaps a hint of butter in there as well. Pours hazy orange amber, thin head and lace. Flavors of iced tea, caramel, and floral danky hop notes. Medium carbonation, somewhat slick body. Not my favorite.

22. Pours a clear medium amber with a scant white head. Iced tea and toasty dark amber on the nose. Watery medium body with minimal carb. Iced tea and dark toasty malts on the mid palate. Long iced tea finish.

650ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild with some pine, citrus and caramel. Taste is an earthy and citrusy hop bitterness with a caramel malty sweetness underneath. Medium in body with moderate carbonation. A good IPA, but certainly not one ot the best out there.
