Cask & bottle conditioned (under the Old Creamery label); Regular.
Paradise Brewery in Nantwich closed in 2006 and the beer was then contract brewed at Three Rivers. In early 2007, the owner of Paradise brewery set up North Wales brewery and contract production at 3 Rivers ceased. Some of the former Paradise beers may be currently brewed at North Wales to the original recipes but with Welsh names (currently under investigation).
Fuggle hops give this ale its aroma and fruitiness, at 5.6% abv. This ale has a full flavour and a reddish tint.

500ml Bottle conditioned. 5% abv. Brewed by North Wales Brewery. Ruby red colour with fairky large white head that lasted for most of glass. Lots of carbonation. Rather sour but malt notes came through. OK but nothing better.
