Pick a hop pack. 341ml, 6%abv. As the name says, it pours ruby, if not amber in color. The head is tight, and tan colored. It has good retention, and sticks to the glass. Subtle aroma with notes of molasses, and sweet citrus. The smooth base of pale, crystal, and victory malt is well complimented by the cascade hops. Medium carbonation and some chewiness. Overall, smooth, satisfying, and a good example of a hop forward amber ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale copper with a tan head. Aroma is fruity hops, some caramel. Taste is pretty the same character. Similar hoppy bitterness with roasted malt notes aftertaste. Good one.

341ml bottle from LCBO. 6.0%alc/vol. Pours an opaque deep amber colour with a minimal off white head that reduces to a small ring. Spotty lacing ling to the glass. Aromas of roasted malts, caramel, and hints of floral notes. Taste matches the aroma and finished dry and spicy.

Tall boy. It is indeed a ruby red body. There’s a lot of sweet crackers, biscuits, and malts. Some cherry macaroons. Fairly forgettable.
