Pick a hop pack. 341ml, 6%abv. As the name says, it pours ruby, if not amber in color. The head is tight, and tan colored. It has good retention, and sticks to the glass. Subtle aroma with notes of molasses, and sweet citrus. The smooth base of pale, crystal, and victory malt is well complimented by the cascade hops. Medium carbonation and some chewiness. Overall, smooth, satisfying, and a good example of a hop forward amber ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ambré. Bien houblonné. Légèrement caramélisé. Belle amertume. Fruité. Un peu épicé. Finale sèche. Bien.

Bottle - 341ml. Hazy copper body with a thin off-white foamy/creamy head. Fresh hoppy aroma with fruity hints. Its well balanced hoppy taste carries malty, fruity, and some woody notes. Ends with a decent bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Dark amber ale with a thin, slightly metalic hop aroma and perhaps just the slightest hint of caramel. Decent body, but you’d expect that from a 6% ale. Finish lingers without being too overpowering. Pretty decent.

In bottle .. not bad. Aroma was somewhat floral and spicy. Taste was similar with a dry hoppy finish. Overall not bad though not sure I would buy again

Pours a deep, clear ruby amber, with a foamy, frothy tan head. Aroma is floral, resin and pine, hints of bread and dough, and citrus. Taste is toast, bread, molasses, and finishes with a hint of citrus, and a lingering roasty bitterness. Full bodied, carbonation is low and soft. Texture is slightly sticky. Easy to drink, quite pleasant.

Aroma is caramel, sweet malts, toffee, vanilla and fig. Taste is a very well balanced malt/hop profile, just enough sweetness and roastiness balanced with a nice mix of clove and cirus bitterness. Slight earthiness. Appearance is a clear copper with a thin pearl head that retains well.

Had this a couple days ago so this is from memory. This was sort of a pleasant surprise. Nose is mostly earthy caramel malt with a bit of citrus hops. Taste is the same but with a nice floral/citrus hop element. Finish is pleasantly dry. Good stuff.

Bottle poured a clear reddish amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of caramel, earthiness, light fruitiness and a hint of cocoa. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of caramel, earthiness, light pine and light grapefruit with a crisp dry moderately bitter finish.

This ale poured a deep amber colour with a nice, frothy, light brown head. Scents include citrus hops, tea and a little dough. First swig was smooth with good malt hop balance. Carbonation is low/medium. Flavours of spruce hops, light iced tea and malt. Finish is medium hoppy/bitter. A perfect amount of bitter hop flavour.

Old rate from last wekeend. A duby-toned pretty standard "brown ale" earty notes, some citrus, deep toasted malt.
