3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at The Morrissey, Vancouver. Pours a deep orange-amber with a small frothy white head. Nice aroma of pumpkin, spices, a good amount of sweetness and malt -- like a lovely pumpkin dessert but not cloying. Flavour is just as good, again like a nice pumpkin dessert, not too sweet, a good amount of spice -- quite enjoyable. Average to medium bodied. A great Pumkin beer.

Clear light copper, hard pour produces a big rocky tan head which leaves definitive stepped lacing. Lovely aroma of pumpkin pie and baking spices. Nice moderate pumpkin flavor, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Average carbonation, light bodied, lightly hopped. Finishes lightly dry and bitter. Very nice. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is a smooth lager based pumpkin style beer. Pours amber orange, weak head. Nice pumpkin flavour. Not overly spiced like many other styles. Very drinkable and smooth. Some Punkin beers can be over the top and you can only drink one or two, you can drink this all night. Tasted at the Kingston in Vancouver

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
This is one of the best pumpkin beers I have tried. 341ml bottle 5%. Clear copper-amber pour, that produces a bubbly foam. Aroma is potent, lots of nutmeg, cinnamon, hint of allspice. Taste is malty, lots of sweet and grainy notes, and a heavy fleshy pumpkin flavour This is a pretty good seasonal, and despite the presence of fairly heavy flavours, it remains a balanced, medium bodied lager.

[6005-20131023] Tap. Allspice sweet spices and pumpkiny notes in the aroma. Clear, orange brown body with a long-lasting foamy white head. Pumpkin pie and spiced fruity malt flavour. Medium body. Tasty, very Octobery. (7+/3+/8/4/14) 3.6

2013-10-23. Crisp dark amber body head modest off white head. Aroma is mild, sweetish malt, whisper of vanilla and cinnamon. Flavour sweetish malt base, sweet pumpkin and a bit of pumpkin spice, cinnamon notes. Whisper of vanilla or am I imagining that? Smooth average plus bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3+ Decent. On tap at Volo, Toronto

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at the brewery
Clean amber color. The cinnamon aroma is mild. The mouthfeel is lean, off-dry, with biscuity malts and very mild cinnamon.
Appreciated because delicate.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a crystal clear pale copper with no head to speak of. Curious vegetal nutmeg aroma. Lager/Oktoberfest maltiness at the beginning of the sip opens up into buttery, spicy finish, with just a touch of clean hoppiness at the end. Thin, crisp body and ample carbonation. It’s a bit unfair to compare this to the typical caramelly nutmeggy pumpkin ale offerings; from an Oktoberfest perspective this is rather nifty, and blends two autumn beer traditions rather well.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Alright my last pumpkin beer for the season... got this in the mix pack a while back. The nose is a little sweet, caramel, spices, and rich malt. Smooth mouthfeel, a mixture of the malt and pumpkin. Barely any finish, which fine by me as "finish" +"pumpkin" = "cloying".
Sounds stupid at first, but really pumpkin and Oktoberfest seems like a natural fit here, they really pulled it off. I guess I always thought pumpkin was "heavy" because it was always found in ales. This is much better. I closed my eyes and Imagined, "What if Dead Frog had made this?" And yes, I’d still think it deserved a 3.3.

Poured from the tap. Clear golden yellow with minimal white head. Very biscuity and corny like cornbread. Mild pumpkin and cinnamon fills it out.
