Just a good ol’ beer, made with grains, yeast and hops. Beats all you ever drank, been a double IPA since the day it was born.

Bomber. Pours a pale gold, smallish head. Smells suspiciously very pilsner-like. Mouth is grainy malts, some lingering hops, old carrots. Maybe thy filtered it through Uncle Jesse’s boxers... all I know is that I like Parallel 49’s beers but this is simply not good.

Interesting...thats for sure. Pours a hazy golden orange with a thin soapy off white head. The nose is well hopped with boisterous grapefruit and floral notes. Light spicy hops and toasted cara malts in the middle. The finish is moderately bitter and has a dry astringent feel. A bit warm with booze and a nice smack of hops.

Pale hazy yellow with a foamy white head, low retention but good lacing. Aroma is citrus, pineapple, clove, fresh bread and a hint of caramel. Taste is bread crusts, sweet pineapple with a hint of citrus tartness. Finishes with floral, resin hoppy notes, and a faint bitterness. Pineapple flavor lingers. Body is fairly light, carbonation is average. Highly drinkable, hard to believe it’s 9.2% ABV.

Jaune brumeux avec un col moyen blanc. L’arôme d’houblon qui donne l’impression des fruits tropicaux avec un peu de graines. Le goût est du malt, blé et houblon. Ce n’est pas trop sucré et l’alcool est assez présent.

650ml bottle to tulip glass, this beer pours a very slightly hazy light gold with a bright white head leaving copious amounts of lace. The aroma is super strong and caught me off guard...lots of tropical fruit, citrus fruit, slight pine/tree sap, turpentine, slight cheese, slight skunk...this is a hop punch to the nostrils. Very complex too. Taste is extremely fruity, sweet and bitter. Definitely not what I was expecting and a lot sweeter than most IPAs I’ve had. Hop bitterness is quite nice but feels kinda off for some reason, no doubt the tropical fruit notes. Palate...not bad. Mouthfeel is on the verge of being cumbersome and this could be dried out more or use more carb. So a little cloying which takes away from the hops a bit. Overall...not a bad beer but not my favorite IPA. I think Lord of the Hops was and is much better. However the aroma of this beer is something to behold and the alcohol is barely noticeable.

Poured on tap at Alibi room. Cloudy blonde color with minimal white head. Nice aroma of hops that has a subtle richness to it. Relatively low carbonation, but it pulls together really well. It has some bitterness but a good balance. I think it lacks some pallette

341ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass, Aroma is fruity with some grains. Taste is a tropical fruit and grainy malt sweetness with a mild peppery finish. A bold strong Belgian style double IPA that is quite tasty and worth sampling.

Bottle from the brewery
Cloudy deep blond color, with orange hue; medium sized compact head. Impressive aroma, good work with the hops; pungent (Nelson Sauvin? Mosaic?), tropical; deep, lasting, fresh. Lean body, easy to drink; malt and wheat, vegetables impression; strong citrusy character, tropical fruits, earthy hops; strong bitterness; it has a sharp spicy character too.
Aggressive, very good hop job.

Bomber. Opaque orange yellow, foamy white head settles and fades. Citrus tropical fruity hop aroma. Bitter citrus tropical Kiwi fruity hop taste, interesting lighter blend of pil and wit malt. Average carbonation, medium bodied, more than moderately hopped. Citric and boozy, a bit slick. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)
