Cool idea and cool poor technique. I loves texture of a nitro stout so this is going well so far. Pours a huge off-white creamy head atop an opaque body.Nose of chocolate granules and cold coffee in a filter. Flavour is slightly thin and overly sweet but the smoothness is wonderful. They should aim for more of an ashy and coffee front and the texture will take this into the 4* realm. Nice.

(355ml bottle) Purchased at Liquor Plus Douglas - part of the Parallel mixed box. Pours a large brown head and a black body. Nose has hints of ash. Very smooth, some roastiness and filtered cold coffee. Good. --- reviewed on RateBeer.com

Bottle under the N2 Nitrogenated Milk Stout moniker at 5% ABV. Black pour with a dense tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Taste is roasted malt, burnt caramel, coffee and milk chocolate. Body is light-medium and has a soft, creamy carbonation. Ends with more roasted malt, milk chocolate, cocoa, burnt caramel and light candy notes.

In bottle .. aroma typical of a stout. Taste was quiet light bodied, with some chocolate notes along with malts and tobacco, and a dry finish. Overall, OK but I am not a big stout fan

Pours a thick, opaque, dark brown. Small, tan head with little retention. Aroma is dark chocolate, roasted coffee with a hint of sweetness. Taste is sweet, rich, creamy milk chocolate, a hint of roast hazelnuts and coffee. Silky smooth and creamy body, very soft carbonation and a sweet, and finishes with a lingering sweetness. Quite enjoyed this one.

Bottled. Black with a thick, light brown head. Moderately roasty aroma with quite a bit of milk chocolate, heavy on the chocolate syrup. Chocolate quickly wanes as it warms, letting a bit more toasted grains through. Mildly sweet, moderately bitter flavor, heavy on the roast and black coffee. Rather thin bodied. Nothing to write home about.

Bottle, given to me by my brother in law. Pours an opaque brown, tannish head, about half finger, minor flecks of lace. Nose is sweet malt, sugar, chocolate. Tastes quite sweet, sugary, brown sugar, lactose, malty, chalky.

Bottle - Lots of chocolate and cocoa notes. Deep brown with a rich light brown head. Roast, chocolate and coffee. Not getting the sweetness or lacto, but it is creamy and pleasant.

On tap at Bar Volo. Hits the style, though very much on the sweet side. Still drinkable. Black bodied.

Dark brown, not a ton of aroma. Body is a bit thin and yeasty. Light chocolate. Finishes still a bit too yeasty for my tastes.

Pours black, tan head. Nitrogen added so good lasting head. Smell is typical stout, dark malts, bread. Taste is malt forward, little dry. But the finish is a little sweeter and medium dry. A more refreshing stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at St Augustine’s. Clean black with a solid head. Aroma is milk chocolate. Flavor is sweet milk, a little syrup and a sugary finish. Lacks a bit of bite
