2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tap. Poured a nice amber color with a thin white head. The looks were the highlight of this beer. Tasted like a big commercial brewery attempt at a wheat beer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at Avenue Pub, NOLA, 30.4.16. Clear gold. Very faint and oxidized aroma. Oxidized, malty taste. Light body and faint butter aftertaste. Drinkable, but has nothing to do with witbier. Perhaps bad tap?

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap. Cloudy golden / orange pour with creamy foam. Elements of spice (pepper) in the nose and some citrus. Moderate sweetness, muted citrus hops bitterness. Spices up front and the finish is a little thin. Medium to light body. The sugar cane was certainly understated.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 ounce bottle. Pours an amber gold color. Slight foamy white head. Sweet malt nose with hints of citrus. Flavor is sweet malt with grassy notes. Light body and flavor. Some wheat notes, though not the typical banana and cloves you expect. Refreshing and drinkable, though nothing special.

Rather boring. Light cranberry but not a lot. Crisp empty finish. Golden pour without much head or lacing. Tap at meridian pint.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Exactly what you’d expect. A golden, almost amber, color; light bodied but with a richer flavor from the sugarcane, and very pleasant to drink.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft at New Orleans Hamburgers and Seafood. Much clearer than I had expcected. Wheat twang on the flavor and a standard aroma. Just not the kind of beer I like.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
4.9%ABV. Wheat Ale.
Tapped out rich clear gold. 6ºSRM.
Nose is beery with a very faint hint of phenolic aroma. Overall wheaty and pale.
Mouthfeel is watery. The palate is pale malt, full-bodied and sweet with the wholesome unadulterated sweetness of malt candy, hard candy sweet and nectar. No hops, which is a little intriguing given the APA handle.
Finish is sweet and beery and not entirely unpleasant, just not what I was expecting. I was expecting more hop character in the finish. A very good pale ale.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tap at a NOLA bar. Pours a hazy orange with medium white head. Aroma of wheat, bread, and grain. Tastes of wheat and grain, slightly hoppy. It’s a decent beer.
