Brewed with Louisiana sugarcane! A new Louisiana tradition in the works. Crisp and easy to drink, this sparingly hopped American wheat focuses attention on the understated sweet remnants of sugarcane.

I frequently enjoy this beer. Find it to be much more enjoyable from tap than in the bottle. Definitely maintains a sweet flavor, but (particularly when served on tap) thereís a notable taste of herbs that doesnít linger for very long. People who appreciate lighter-colored beer should certainly give this one a shot.

Clear golden amber color with small head. Wheaty biscuity aroma. Mellow dry flavor. Very very smooth, and very thirst quenching. Best wheat beer Iíve had in a long time.

>> Clear deep golden pour with low, white foam. Nose is fresh lemon, pretty dead. Taste is heavier bodied, apple skin tannic, cereal grainy, white alcohol, salt, honey. Palate is chewy, mild bread and sweet rolls. Plain golden ale for the most part. Drinkable.

Light and easy drinking with a touch of sweetness presumably due to sugar cane. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

DocJitsu (1125) - Florida, USA - JUN 29, 2014
Pours a classic golden with a smooth, creamy, well-retaining white head. Tart banana and grape nose. Soft, full mouthfeel with a nice carbonation scrub for good balance. A pleasant sour character. Tastes like soured corn smells, but to a milder degree.

Appearance: has an average golden color, off white head that is pretty thick, very thick Aroma: smells like wheat grain, maybe some floral notes Taste: has a lightly toasted malt flavor, slightest hint of hops at the finish Palate: highly carbonated, moderate mouthfeel, minimal sweet aftertaste Overall: I had this on draft from a frozen mug, plain beer but pretty decent

Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with off-white head. Bread, raw sweet wheat, and yeast on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes sweet.

Aroma of bread and yeast, pale straw color with a well laced short lasting head. Taste of hops yeast and grain with a crisp palate slightly acidic.
