Brewed with Louisiana sugarcane! A new Louisiana tradition in the works. Crisp and easy to drink, this sparingly hopped American wheat focuses attention on the understated sweet remnants of sugarcane.

I frequently enjoy this beer. Find it to be much more enjoyable from tap than in the bottle. Definitely maintains a sweet flavor, but (particularly when served on tap) there’s a notable taste of herbs that doesn’t linger for very long. People who appreciate lighter-colored beer should certainly give this one a shot.

Pours a classic golden with a smooth, creamy, well-retaining white head. Tart banana and grape nose. Soft, full mouthfeel with a nice carbonation scrub for good balance. A pleasant sour character. Tastes like soured corn smells, but to a milder degree.
