Aroma - lots of hop notes but that’s about it on the nose - lots of citrus notes. Tastes - not very complex, lots of bitterness from the hops, citrus finish. Pretty long finish, well-carbonated. Good, but nothing super exciting.

Growler from the brewery, this pours a translucent orange-amber into the glass with a nice 3-finger foamy head that leaves chunky webbed lacing. The nose is a nice mixture of floral, acidic citrus and pine notes. Upfront in the mouth, there are hints of orange and grapefruit, followed by a reserved caramel sweetness, breadiness, and finishing with fresh pine needles, citrus rind/peel and spruce bitters that linger appropriately, all subtly and wonderfully integrated. Definitely substantial and medium-full bodied, the provided quaff is extremely easy with a medium-active palate. This complex, yet easily drinkable IPA is a brewery staple-hold that has certainly put Parkway Brewing on the map, Delicious!

Bottle. Pours a mostly clear orange copper body with a one finger frothy beige head that left some sticky lace. The nose is citrusy with some really nice grapefruit notes, some restrained caramel and toasty malt below all the hops. The flavor has a really nicely balanced hop profile, equal parts hop flavor and bitterness. Complex lingering mix of citrusy and tropical fruit hops. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Pretty nice IPA, I really love the hop bill in here and the restrained sweetness and malt impact in general. Good stuff.

Aroma of grapefruit and a hint of dried fruit. Pours a great looking caramel color with a lasting thin white head. Great taste of caramel and grapefruit with a hint of dried fruit. Slightly oily medium body feel with a hint of bitterness in the finish.

22oz draft. Slight floral, bubblegum kind of weak aromas. Minimal bitterness, weak bland finish.

Bottle - Bitter flavor with a lot of dryness on the backend. Has a weird but to it. More of a grassy note on the plate. Some of the characteristics are probably due to the higher alcohol content of 7.2% ABV.

Has a mild bitterness with more malty sweetness than many other IPAs. A pleasant surprise.

Where and how: b. 355 ml
Aroma bolder nose, mix sweet and earthy notes, hops with softer aromatic side. Finish tad spicy.
Appearance :
Top: medium off-white with some lace.
Base: amber, hazy ale
Palate : medium bodied. Soft, chewy with lighter carbonation. Mid walls.
Taste: good blend. Softer malts with leafy hop bitterness. Late noted heat.
other notes decent choice.

bottle @ Beer Run / Charlottesville VA --- Clear medium orange-amber color, frothy white two-finger head, broken sheets of lace. Aroma of malt and citrus. Taste is sweet malt that adds carbonation and medium citrus hops on the swallow. Malt and hops sashay to a smooth long length finish. A contradiction of sorts: light and enjoyable, obvious session choice, and then...7.2% abv. I’m confused. But...it’s still good.

Bottle share @ The Stein & Vine, Brandon. Thanks Ty!

Poured a caramel orange color frothe 12 ounce bottle with aromas of grapefruit, pine, light sweetness and a touch of citrus. Flavors were citrus and pine with some old hops, light malt thrown in as well, a little sweet for my liking.
