3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Pithy, resiny nose with some orange and grapefruit notes. Active carbonation, light bodied with a little graininess on the palate. Dry, bitter finish. Decent and just enough body to keep the low abv interesting. Good session APA.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Gets the balance right here. Enough fruity, citrus hop aroma to excite and a body to back it up. Not too overpowering for the senses or the alcohol level, so makes a great option if driving is required.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear, light copper with fluffy white head that dissipates quickly. Big hop aroma: Pine and grapefruit (rind and juice). Flavour doesnít quite back up the aroma, but coming from itís 3.5% limit, it makes a decent go at it. Some caramel malt sweetness accented with citrusy hops that border on grassy. An intense bitterness comes in to dry things out before the short finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Good example of a session beer with good length on the palate. Hops are prevalent with touches of caramel.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A gorgeous golden pint with a white cap of head and plenty of sparkle. The aroma is floral with banana passionfruit, ginger, hibiscus and honey. A pinchy sherbety mouthfeel with tangy citrus and a zestful bittrness. It finishes with ginger, lemon zest and grapefruit aplenty. Love the lower abv - viva el session pint!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Keg - Tap Haus, Wellington. Poured a clear golden straw yellow with a fine, mostly fading white head. Just what I had been looking for: a crisp, well hopped, amply malted pale ale at low, sessionable ABV. A lightly floral sweetness to an otherwise fruit-forward-styled pale. Good stone and citrus fruit characters gently supplemented by biscuity, toasty pale malts. Light to medium body, medium carbonation and a soft, modest length finish on a crisp, firmly-textured palate. Wonderfully drinkable, clean and fresh stuff.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: AUG 31, 2014 Superb example of the low alcohol IPA style that does not leave one thinking it is a little íthiní. Definitely at the top, if not the head, of the class.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The head is good, the body blond and clear. It smells hoparomatic, bit bitter, malty. The taste is a bit hoppy, malty, bit mild. Good for 3.5%. 3.4
