Cask. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with no head. Astringently dry apple aroma with notes of perfumy rosebuds. Medium body, completely flat, astringent apples leaving tannins on your teeth. Not overly acidic though. 220110

Bag in Box in Bon Accord, as somerset medium cider. Aroma has loads of apples, tart cider vinigar, loads of apples and nutmeg spicey perhaps even some praprika notes with loads and loads of apples. Taste has loads and loads of apples, super drinkable, tart and balanced, tannins add a dryness but just soo apply and something id love to have again.
