Bottle at the brewery - bottled 03/01/14. Pours a hazy orange gold with a white head. Aroma is mild veggie funk, orange and tropical fruit. Very nice. Medium body, medium carbonation. Light veg, marmalade, a hint of lemon sherbert, a bit piney. Well balanced, full of flavour, lovely mouthfeel with a slightly dry nicely bitter finish. Good stuff.

Keg at Cask P&K @7%. Juicy, resinous and medium bitter. Big punch of mango and pineapple. Fine carbonation. Quite hefty on the booze - feels stronger than it is. Very good.

Light to medium sweet flavor, plenty of semi-dry and pithy citrus fruits, minerals, dry pale malts, subtle pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, dry citrus, sun-kissed grass, lingering minerals and pithy tangerine. Super drinkable IPA.

I can feel palate creeping up. I have a new laptop, the keyboard layout is an improvement and the keys are softer, definitely an improvement, though a little larger.

Citra IPA, what’s not to like?
Pours yellow to amber with little carbonation or head.
Classic citra in the nose if a little toned down for the ABV. Citrus, grass, tropical, lemon. Touch of soap and medicinal notes suggest it’s nearly there but not quite executed. Pale malt comes through, with decent body and lovely boozy finish.
Very close to excellent with my favourite hop but not quite.
