330ml bottle from Good Spirits Co. Almost black, not much head. Sweet caramel coffee aroma and flavour. Bitter sweet aftertaste. Quite light & refreshing for its abv.

Bottle at home in London - picked up from the brewery. Pours clear, light brown with a dense, creamy khaki head. Moderate roasted malts in the aroma, some milk chocolate, burnt cereal, dark berries, hints of earth. Light to medium sweet flavor with more toasted cereals, dark bread, lightly tangy dark berries, slightly gooey chocolate, mild bitterness. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation and velvety texture. Sweet to finish with simple, lightly roasted malts, further dark bread, dark fruits, mellow cocoa and only faint impressions of earthy bitterness. Very drinkable if not especially complex.

Pours dark red, almost black color with a small lively head. A very refined and dry malty aroma with subtle notes of dried fruits, some grain, caramel and faint hints of oat also. Flavor of milky chocolate, oat, caramel malt, somewhat roasted, might have some vanilla hints there too, finishes dry and a bit fruity. Well balanced and very tasty.
