3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Almost clear, golden color. Tiny, delicate white head. Aroma is full of lemon notes. Sweet and sour. Reminds me of some sweets, some drinking jelly. Very pleasant aroma. Taste on the other hand is completely dry, no sweetness in it at all. It’s also very much based on lemon notes. Has some malty background, not really intense. Super light, super refreshing, super drinkable. Very good one, full of aromas and flavours for such a light beer.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bright yellow color with medium haze and foamy white head. Aroma is really fresh and citrusy with the thyme being quite present but not offensive at all. Taste follows with the spicy thyme shining through, some lemon and lime juice in the background but it’s not tart, just citrusy and fresh. Light body with medium to high effervescence. Overall it’s a really fresh and spicy summer beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy yellow pour big white head. Aroma is pungent, lots of lemon and earthy thyme. The thyme seems a touch over powering adding way too much earthiness and burying the lemon. Mouth feel and carb are good. Finish is slightly tart with a medium bitterness. Lemon shines in the end with a strong lemon drop candy finish.

Pours slightly hazy, orange in colour with fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus and thyme, note of spices in the back. In taste lightly sweet, citrusy with thyme note. The beer is light bodied with strong carbonation and dry. Very good and tasty light saison.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
A bit mild and anonymous. But quite refreshing in the summer sun.
Unclear golden color with a white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Felt a bit thin. Decent ok carbonation. Semi dry texture. Floral, some lemon, yeast and mild herbal flavor.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax as just Lemon & Thyme. Yellow-blonde with a carbonation and a frothy head. It’s a citrus heavy ale in character, although the thyme and lemon are in equal measure in its taste. Has a mild dryness to this.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy golden with a small white head. Spicy, floral and herbal aroma, perhaps a little perfumed. Dry, spicy, herbal and grassy flavour. The lemon is subdued, but the thyme is clearly there.
