One of the best beers in Argentina IMO. Very rich color, taste, and smell. But, it does have to be drank as stated on the bottle (at room temperature) for the full experience.

Tried this after visiting the new Quilmes DC in Mercado Central, where they distribute all the InBev brands (including *locally* produced Stella Artois and all Pepsi products). Best beer from Quilmes, caramel aroma but not overwhelming sweetness, excellent appearance with a nice dark copper color, watery, but full bodied compared to other Argentinan beers. Refreshing. Some hop flavor but no hop aroma. Best beer available in Bs Aires, for what it’s worth.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, a warming malt aroma with a strong tangy hoppiness through it. Smooth and malty palate at first, but then more hoppy, with touches of orange fruit in the flavour. Pretty well made for this brewery.
